This group was created for parents with special needs children to network, support, advocate, and share activities and ideas within San Antonio and surrounding area.

As parents of children & adults with various special needs - often we end up with extra supplies & items, or find ourselves needing something asap. Let's make this the go-to place!

We are Texas parents uniting to speak out about the significant impact the STAR Kids managed care mandate has on our medically fragile children's continuity of care and ability to access appropriate care. This is a bi-partisan group of advocates working to impact meaningful change at the state and legislative level.
